SHOPPING
IS IT NECESSARY TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO SHOP ON LAKI?
No. You do not need an account to shop at "LAKI".
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
1. Explore your favorite online Shopping destination and select the product of your choice.
2. In the next step, it is always advisable to check the product description, Color, Size etc and click on Add to Cart.
3. Once your Product has been successfully added to the Cart, click on Cart to get the Order Summary and Proceed to Checkout.
4. Login to your Account by entering your Email Address and Password.
5. Carefully enter your Complete Address.
6. Have a last look at your Order and check all the details once again before making the Payment. Now select the Preferred Payment method from the payment options and pay the final amount.
YOUR ORDER IS PLACED!!!
You will now receive a confirmation mail from "LAKI".
I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER! WHAT'S NEXT?
After you have placed the order, we will send you a CONFIRMATION email. We will try to dispatch your order as soon as possible and will keep you informed at every step of the way.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Meeza and Cash on delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY MONEY DEDUCTED FROM MY DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD FOR AN UNSUCCESSFUL ORDER?
If your card is debited by mistake, seriously, no need to panic at all! Please just make sure the following at your end.
Please check your bank/credit card account - Has it been debited?
If yes please note a failed transaction is normally rolled back within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.

Yes. We ship to 4 countries (SAUDI ARABIA, KUWAIT, QATAR and THE UAE).

Delivery charges are different for every country as it depends on the delivery location and weight of the package.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POILCY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your orders from our website.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only available within 3 days of receiving the order, provided the original purchase receipt is included.
Exchanges will not be accepted if the item is damaged due to customer use, stained, altered, or perfumed. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer.
Exchanges are allowed only once, and the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Orders will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the authorized payment. Orders will be shipped via courier and shipping times will vary from country to country depending on custom clearance procedures.
Opening the package before receiving it is not allowed, as we are committed to providing a premium, high-quality service.
